We’re Moving! Introducing Cober Valley Health

Exciting news! From Tuesday 1st April 2025, we will be moving to a new location and will be known as Cober Valley Health.

New Address from 1st April 2025:

Our telephone number and email address will stay the same.

What This Means for Our Patients

• We will be open at Meneage Street Surgery until 2:00 PM on Monday 31st March 2025.
• Our new site, Cober Valley Health, will open at 2:00 PM on Tuesday 1st April 2025.
• If you need urgent medical help between these times, a Duty Doctor will be available.
• You can still contact us via email, telephone, our online contact form, or the NHS App during this period in the same way you always have.
• If you haven’t already, now is a great time to register for the NHS App – it’s easy to use and access a lot of resources to help manage your health.
• After 31st March 2025, we will no longer have access to Meneage Street Surgery. Please do not drop off prescriptions, letters, or samples there, as we will not receive them.
